Pet Screening
Pet Application & Screening Process
If you have a pet and/or service animal, California Oaks Property Management requires an additional pet screening application which is run through a third-party pet screening agency. Please see specific property listings for pet policies. All pets must be approved in writing in advance with an addendum to the lease.
PET SCREENING
Household Pets
This application is required for anyone that owns a household pet, this includes dogs and cats. There is a $25.00 application fee per pet application. If a household pet is accepted, you will pay a separate pet deposit.
PET SCREENING
Assistance Animals
There is no charge ($0) for submitting a reasonable accommodation request for an assistance animal. It will be reviewed by the third-party legal review team per the FHAct guidelines.

Restricted Breeds
The following household pet breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds, are considered aggressive by property owners insurance agencies and are prohibited.

Pit Bull
Presa Canario
Rottweiler
